Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. Bring 5+ years of proven experience in above-ground pool installations or precision grading/dirt work. Must provide a full-time helper and own a full-size tow-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level. Requires a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain). Willingness to start immediately and travel up to 200 miles to complete 20–30 pools per month. Training consists of a 3-day onboarding with a current installer to learn our build process and verify grading skills. Pay details include daily earnings with bonuses (sign-on and per-5-pool bonuses) and daily pay upon completion of installations. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain one)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
