Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator needed for Blue World Pools, Inc. to perform high-volume above-ground pool installations across the state. Responsibilities include completing quality pool installs to a steady workflow, utilizing equipment such as full-size tow-ready vehicles, skid steers, Bobcats, front loaders, and laser levels, and adhering to the company training through a 3-day onboarding. Must have 5+ years of experience in above-ground pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, bring a reliable helper, possess required licenses/insurance, and be prepared to cover up to a 200-mile radius to install 20–30 pools monthly. Compensation highlights include daily pay, a $500 sign-on bonus, $1,000 extra weekly earnings after 5 installs in a week, and potential total monthly earnings up to $30,000. This is a contractor role with immediate start opportunities and a nationwide pool-install focus.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools may be owned, rented, or leased by the contractor)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer to learn the build process and verify grading skills
- Contractor positioning with paid-per-install bonuses and daily pay
