Responsibilities include completing high-volume pool installations (20–30 pools/month) within a 200-mile radius, ensuring quality builds, and staying scheduled without bidding for new jobs. Must have 5+ years of proven experience in above-ground pool installs or precision grading/dirt work, and at least one reliable full-time helper. Own or provide access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level. Requires valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 liability insurance (or ability to obtain). Training: 3-day on-the-job program with current installer.
