Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. Requires 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work; must have at least one reliable, full-time helper; must provide a full-size work vehicle capable of towing plus a residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader and a transit or laser level; must hold a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability policy (or ability to obtain one); willing to start immediately and cover up to 200 miles to complete 20–30 pools per month; includes a 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer; daily pay structure with bonuses (sign-on and per-5-pools incentives) and potential monthly earnings up to $30,000. Required Qualifications
