Job Summary
Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for contract above-ground pool installations. Responsibilities include completing quality pool installations across a wide radius with a high-volume workflow, utilizing equipment such as skid steer/Bobcat/front loader and laser/transit levels, and ensuring safety and quality while coordinating with a full-time helper. Requires 5+ years of experience in above-ground pool installation or residential dirt work, own reliable equipment, valid license and insurance, and willingness to travel up to ~200 miles to perform 20–30 installs per month. Training will be provided on-site.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools/equipment not provided)
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance; $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy or ability to obtain one
- Ability to start immediately and willing to cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20-30 pools per month
- Completion of a 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
- Contractor position (independent contractor)
