Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. Requires 5+ years’ experience in pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, and the ability to supply a full crew and equipment. You’ll complete 20–30 pool installations per month within up to a 200-mile radius, with on-the-job training provided. Earn per-pool pay (average $1,400–$1,600 per pool) plus bonuses, with daily pay after each installation. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- You must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (equipment may be owned, rented, or leased, but you must provide it)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
- Pay & bonuses: bonuses such as $500 Sign-On Bonus, extra $1,000 per week for 5 installs in a week, and daily pay after installation
