Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. Requires 5+ years of proven experience in pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, plus at least one reliable full-time helper. Own or provide required equipment (full-size towing-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level). Must hold a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain). Ability to start immediately and cover up to a 200-mile radius to install 20–30 pools per month. 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer. Bonuses include a $500 sign-on, $500 for every 5 pools (up to 25 pools), and $1,000 extra per week after 5 installs in a week. Daily pay available.
