Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations in Missouri. Requires 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools or significant dredging/grading dirt work, plus at least one reliable full-time helper. Must provide equipment including a towing-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level; maintain a $1,000,000 general liability policy or ability to obtain one. Eligible to start immediately with up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month. Training consists of a 3-day on-the-job program with a current installer. Pay structure includes daily installation earnings (averaging $1,400–$1,600 per pool) plus bonuses; daily pay available. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable full-time helper
- access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 GL insurance (or ability to obtain)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to 200-mile radius to install 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with current installer
