Job Summary
Contract heavy equipment operator for Blue World Pools, performing above-ground pool installations with a focus on high-volume work. Requires 5+ years of experience in pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, ability to bring and operate required equipment, and the capacity to service a 200-mile radius and complete 20–30 pools per month. Training provided; bonuses available including sign-on and per-pool incentives; daily pay option. The role emphasizes consistent, quality installations and efficient workflow across contract-based engagements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level; equipment may be owned, rented, or leased but must be provided
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
