Job Summary
Contract-heavy equipment operator for above-ground pool installations. You will handle high-volume installations across up to a 200-mile radius, averaging 20–30 pools per month, using a full-size towing-capable vehicle and residential skid steer/front loader. Requires 5+ years of proven pool-installation or precision grading/dirt-work experience and at least one reliable full-time helper. You must provide your own tools and equipment, possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and carry a $1,000,000 general liability policy. A 3-day on-the-job training program will be provided. Compensation includes daily earnings of $1,400–$1,600 per install, potential monthly earnings up to around $30,000, plus bonuses (sign-on $500; $500 for every 5 pools installed up to 25; an extra $1,000 per week after 5 installs in a week). Training and onboarding are provided to ensure efficiency and precision grading for installations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Crew: at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Equipment: access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (equipment may be owned, rented, or leased; you must provide it)
- License & Insurance: valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Availability & Radius: ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Training & Onboarding: 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
- Pay & Bonuses: daily earnings of $1,400-$1,600 per install; some installers up to $30,000 per month; $500 sign-on bonus; $500 for every 5 pools installed (up to 25 pools); $1,000 per week after 5 installs in a week
