Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for high-volume above-ground pool installations across the state. Trains on our build process, handles 20–30 pool installs monthly within a 200-mile radius, uses equipment such as skid steer/front loader and laser level, must own or have access to a tow-capable vehicle, and has 5+ years of experience in pool installations or precision grading/dirt work. Earn $1,400–$1,600 daily with bonuses (sign-on $500; $500 additional per 5 pools; $1,000/week with 5 installs in a week). Daily pay and a 3-day onboarding are included. Company supports nationwide above-ground pool installations and provides continuous workload without bidding. Location shown is Baltic, OH, US.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (ownership or ability to provide)
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
