Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations across Mississippi. Duties include completing quality installations, operating grading/dirt-work equipment, utilizing laser level, coordinating with a full-time helper, and handling a high-volume workload (20–30 pools per month) within a 200-mile radius. Pay is earned per daily pool install with bonuses and daily pay; training provided to ensure adherence to Blue World Poolss build process.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing
- access to a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader
- transit or laser level
- valid driver's license
- auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one)
- availability to start immediately
- willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
