Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator role for Blue World Pools, Inc. performing above-ground pool installations across the state. The position emphasizes a high-volume workflow with focus on quality installations, adherence to build processes, and utilization of heavy equipment (full-size tow vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, laser level). Requires a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience, access to the necessary tools/equipment, a reliable helper, a valid driver’s license and insurance, and willingness to operate within a 200-mile radius. Training is provided (3-day on-the-job), and compensation includes daily pay with potential bonuses and commissions based on pools installed per week/month.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (ownership or ability to obtain)
- valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
- daily pay after each installation
- bonuses available: $500 sign-on; $500 for every 5 pools installed (up to first 25 pools); $1,000 per week after 5 installs in a week
