Job Summary
Contract heavy equipment operator for Blue World Pools, responsible for high-volume, above-ground pool installations across the state. Requires 5+ years of experience in pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, owning the necessary equipment (towing-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), and the ability to travel up to a 200-mile radius to install 20–30 pools per month. Training provided (3 days) with a current installer. Compensation includes daily pay with bonuses: $500 sign-on, $500 for every 5 pools up to 25 pools, and an additional $1,000 per week after completing 5 installs in a week; some installers earn up to $30,000 per month. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work

- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
