Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator needed for high-volume above-ground pool installations in Missouri. Responsibilities include completing quality installations with proven grading/dirt-work expertise, using own equipment (full-size towable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), and delivering 20–30 pool installs per month within a 200-mile radius. Training provided (3-day on-the-job). Compensation described as earnings per daily pool install with bonuses; daily pay available. Company provides steady stream of installs to keep schedules full; apply through company website.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (equipment may be owned, rented, or leased)
- valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program
