Responsibilities include completing quality pool installations with precision grading and residential dirt work, ensuring you have the necessary tools and helper, and maintaining schedule with a high-volume flow of work. The role emphasizes earning through per-pool installations with sign-on and performance bonuses, daily pay, and a 3-day onboarding training. Must bring required equipment, license, and insurance, and be prepared to cover up to a 200-mile radius to install 20–30 pools per month. Company provides steady stream of installs to minimize time chasing jobs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (equipment may be owned, rented, or leased)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
- Payroll terms including daily pay and bonuses (sign-on bonus, per-5-pools bonus, etc.)
