Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator to perform above-ground pool installations across the state with a high-volume schedule. Requirements include 5+ years in pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, access to a full set of equipment (including towing-capable vehicle and skid steer/front loader), laser or transit level, valid license and liability insurance, ability to cover up to 200 miles and complete 20–30 pools per month, plus a 3-day training with a current installer. Pay ranges reported per pool installs with bonuses and daily pay; company has nationwide presence and emphasizes steady workflow and immediate start.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing
- Access to a residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader
- Access to a transit or laser level
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
