Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for Blue World Pools, Inc. performing above-ground pool installations across the state. Requires 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools or significant precision grading/dirt work, and at least one reliable full-time helper. Operator must provide own full-size vehicle capable of towing, a residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level. Training is provided through a 3-day on-the-job program with a current installer. Expect high-volume work, daily pay, a $500 sign-on bonus plus additional bonuses for performance, and potential monthly earnings up to around $30,000 for top performers. Willingness to travel within a 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pools per month. Applicant must hold a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and have access to $1,000,000 general liability insurance.
