Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations across Ohio. Responsible for precision grading and installing above-ground pools, operate skid steer/front loader/Bobcat and use a transit or laser level; bring and utilize your own equipment; work within a 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 installations monthly; participate in a 3-day on-the-job training; collaborate with at least one full-time helper; earnings include daily pay and bonuses (average $1,400–$1,600 per installed pool; some installers earn up to $30,000 per month); company provides a steady workflow to minimize bidding; tools and insurance requirements include a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance; sign-on bonus and performance bonuses available. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy or ability to obtain one
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- training: 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
- daily pay upon completion of installations
- bonuses: $500 sign-on, $500 per 5 pools installed (up to 25 pools), $1,000 per week for 5 installs in a week
