Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations across Missouri. Requires 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work. Bring your own tools and crew: at least one reliable, full-time helper and a full-size tow-capable vehicle plus a skid steer/Bobcat/front loader and a transit or laser level. Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, plus $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain). Willingness to start immediately and cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month. 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer provided. Pay structure includes daily pay with bonuses: average earnings listed as $1,400–$1,600 per daily pool install, potential monthly earnings up to $30,000, $500 sign-on bonus, $500 for every 5 pools (up to 25 pools), and an extra $1,000 per week when 5 installs are completed in a week.
