Job Summary
Contract-heavy role for a Heavy Equipment Operator focused on high-volume installation of above-ground pools. You will be responsible for completing quality pool installations across a wide radius, with an emphasis on precision grading and residential dirt work. The job requires owning or leasing the necessary equipment (full-size vehicle capable of towing, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), a valid driver’s license and liability coverage, the ability to travel up to ~200 miles to install 20–30 pools per month, and to participate in a 3-day on-the-job training. The position offers daily pay, a potential sign-on bonus, and weekly bonuses based on installs completed, with earnings averaging $1,400–$1,600 per day depending on performance. Background in grading or pool installation and the ability to supply a crew are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper

- $1,000,000 general liability insurance or ability to obtain one
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing
- access to a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader
