Job Summary
Contract heavy equipment operator for Blue World Pools, Inc. performing above-ground pool installations across the state. The role requires 5+ years of experience in above-ground pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, ownership of necessary equipment (full-size tow vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level), and at least one reliable full-time helper. You will work on a high-volume schedule aiming to complete 20-30 pool installs per month within up to a 200-mile radius, and participate in a 3-day on-the-job training. Pay structure includes daily earnings with bonuses and potential weekly incentives, plus daily pay. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20-30 pools per month
- contractor status with ability to start immediately
- training program including a 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer
