Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. You will perform high-volume pool installs, precision grading, and dirt work across the state, operating equipment (skid steer/front loader) and using transit or laser levels to ensure quality installations. Must have a reliable helper, own required tools, valid license/insurance, and be willing to travel up to 200 miles with the potential to complete 20–30 pools per month. Training is provided; daily pay and sign-on/production bonuses are available.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work.
- At least one reliable, full-time helper.
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, plus a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools may be owned, rented, or leased by you).
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one).
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month.
- Participation in a 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer.
