Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. Requires 5+ years of experience in pool installs or precision grading/dirt work, plus a reliable full-time helper. Must provide and operate key equipment (full-size vehicle capable of towing, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level) and maintain a $1,000,000 liability policy. Willingness to travel up to a 200-mile radius to complete 20–30 pools per month. Training provided (3-day on-the-job) to learn Blue World Pools’ build process and verify grading skills. Hourly/bonus structures include daily pay, a $500 sign-on bonus, additional bonuses for pools installed, and potential weekly earnings based on performance. Company offers nationwide pool installations with consistent workflow and paid training; operate as a contractor with immediate start.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- valid driver’s license
- auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy or ability to obtain one
- access to relevant equipment (full-size tow-capable vehicle, residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level) or provide it
- ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius
