Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for Blue World Pools, Inc. to perform high-volume above-ground pool installations across MS. Responsibilities include executing precision grading and residential dirt work, operating a full suite of equipment (full-size towing vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), and delivering quality installations while maintaining equipment and schedule. Must bring own tools and crew (at least one reliable full-time helper), hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and carry a $1,000,000 general liability policy or able to obtain one. Immediate start with up to 200-mile radius coverage to complete 20–30 pools per month. Training consists of a 3-day on-the-job program with a current installer.
