Job Summary
Contract-heavy equipment operator for high-volume above-ground pool installations. Role requires 5+ years of proven pool-installation or precision grading/dirt-work experience, ownership of a full-size towing-capable vehicle and equipment (skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), and a valid driver’s license with insurance. You’ll complete 20–30 pool installations per month within a 200-mile radius, participate in a 3-day on-the-job training, and work with at least one full-time helper. Earn between roughly $336k–$576k annually-equivalent earnings across installations, with sign-on bonuses and weekly bonuses contingent on performance. The company provides a steady stream of installs nationwide; daily pay available and bonuses related to volume.
Required Qualifications
- Contractor position with 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools may be owned, rented, or leased; you must provide them)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer (training provided)
