Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract) sought for contract-based above-ground pool installations across the state. Responsibilities include performing high-volume, quality pool installations, precision grading and residential dirt work as part of a crew, and maintaining schedules to complete 20-30 pools per month. The role requires a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in above-ground pool installations or significant precision grading/dirt work, access to a full-size towing-capable vehicle, skid steer/front loader, transit or laser level, and a reliable full-time helper. Training includes a 3-day on-the-job program with a current installer to learn Blue World Pools’ build process and verify grading skills. Compensation ranges from approximately $1,400 to $1,600 per daily pool install, with potential monthly earnings up to $30,000 for top performers. Daily pay and bonuses are available, including a $500 sign-on bonus and an extra $1,000 per week upon completing 5 installs in a week.
