Job Summary
Seasoned contractor role for a Heavy Equipment Operator to install above-ground pools across a broad geographic radius. Responsibilities include completing high-volume pool installations (roughly 20–30 pools per month) after a 3-day training, using equipment such as a full-size tow vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and transit or laser level, and ensuring quality builds within a 200-mile radius. Must have 5+ years of relevant experience or significant precision grading/dirt work, and bring a reliable full-time helper plus required insurance. Daily pay and bonuses (e.g., $500 sign-on, $1,000 weekly bonus after milestones) are offered, with company-paid training and a nationwide pool-installation workload. Company has operated since 1982 and focuses on above-ground pool installations across the US.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- Willingness to start immediately and cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Completion of a 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
