Contract Heavy Equipment Operator responsible for completing high-volume above-ground pool installations across a regional radius. Requires 5+ years of proven experience in above-ground pool installations or precision grading/dirt work, with at least one full-time helper. Operator must provide a full set of tools and equipment (full-size tow-capable vehicle, skid steer/front loader, transit or laser level), hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and maintain $1,000,000 general liability insurance. Role includes immediate start, up to 200-mile installation radius, and 20–30 pools per month with on-site installations. Training is provided (3 days) with a current installer. Pay structures include daily pay with bonuses (sign-on $500, quarterly bonuses up to $1,000 per week based on installs), and average earnings of $1,400-$1,600 per 6-8 hour pool installation, with some installers earning up to $30,000 per month. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work

- access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools may be owned, rented, or leased)
