Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations in London, OH. Role entails executing high-volume pool installations with a 200-mile radius availability, using a full suite of equipment (full-size tow vehicle, skid steer/front loader, transit or laser level), and adhering to the company's standardized build process. Independent contractor position with guaranteed daily pay for completed installations, sign-on bonuses, and performance bonuses (e.g., $500 bonus on sign-on; $500 extra for every 5 pools installed, up to 25 pools; $1,000 extra weekly when 5 installations are completed in a week). Requires 5+ years with above-ground pool installation or significant grading/dirt work experience, own crew and equipment, and immediate availability. Training is provided (3 days) to align with Blue World Pools’ build process. Applicants should be prepared to travel and manage a high-volume workflow (20–30 installs per month), with earnings potential up to six figures annually, plus bonuses. Company has national reach and advertises substantially; duties center on completing accurate installations and ensuring quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Contractor position
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Own reliable, full-time helper
- Access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing, residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and transit or laser level (tools may be owned, rented, or leased)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- Willingness to cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with current installer
