Job Summary
Contract-heavy role for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator focusing on above-ground pool installations. Requires 5+ years in pool installation or precision grading, ownership of a full-size tow-capable vehicle and key equipment (skid steer/front loader, laser level), and at least one reliable helper. Local to Grove City, OH with up to ~200 miles radius radius; immediate start; on-the-job training provided; bonuses available including sign-on and per-pool incentives; daily pay option. High-volume, residential installations with emphasis on quality workmanship and scheduling efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years proven experience installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing and to operate a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader and a transit or laser level (tools may be owned, rented, or leased; you must provide them)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; willingness to obtain $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius and complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training with a current installer to learn build process and verify grading skills
- Ability to start immediately
- Daily pay availability and bonuses as described (sign-on bonus, per-5-pools bonus, weekly bonus upon 5 installs)
