Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations in OH across Beloit area. Must have 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools or significant precision grading/dirt work, plus at least one reliable full-time helper. You will operate/bring your own equipment (full-size towing vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level) and cover up to 200 miles to install 20–30 pools per month. Training is provided (3 days). Pay structure includes daily pay and bonuses, with potential earnings of $1,400-$1,600 per pool and up to $30,000 per month for top performers. Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Crew: You must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Equipment: Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (equipment may be owned, rented, or leased, but you must provide it)
- License & Insurance: A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Availability & Radius: Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Training & Onboarding: 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer, to teach build process and verify grading skills
- Pay & Bonuses: Bonuses and daily pay structure described (e.g., $500 Sign-On Bonus; $1,000 per week after milestone; daily pay after installation)
