Job Summary
Contract-heavy role for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to perform above-ground pool installations across the state. Responsibilities include completing high-volume, quality installations, performing precision grading/dirt work, and operating equipment (full-size vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, laser or transit level). Must have at least one reliable full-time helper, own or provide required equipment, and carry insurance. Training is provided (3-day on-the-job). Bonus opportunities exist; daily pay is available. Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- You must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (equipment may be owned, rented, or leased, but you must provide it)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
