Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

Contract Heavy Equipment Operator needed for above-ground pool installations across Missouri. The role requires 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work, and at least one reliable full-time helper. Candidate must provide their own full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level, plus a valid driver’s license and auto insurance and a $1,000,000 General Liability policy (or ability to obtain). Willingness to travel up to 200 miles to complete 20–30 pool installations per month is required. Training consists of a 3-day on-the-job program with a current installer. Pay structure includes bonuses for performance and daily pay. Company provides a steady flow of high-volume installs across the state and has a track record of long-time operation since 1982.
