Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for Blue World Pools, performing above-ground pool installations across the state. You will leverage heavy equipment (full-size vehicle capable of towing, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level) to install 20–30 pools per month, with each install averaging 6–8 hours. Requires 5+ years of dedicated experience in pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain). Must bring your own equipment and at least one reliable, full-time helper. Compensation includes daily pay, a $500 sign-on bonus, $500 for every 5 pools installed (up to 25 pools), and an additional $1,000 per week upon meeting weekly installs. Training consists of a 3-day on-the-job program with a current installer. The role is contract-based with up to a 200-mile installation radius and requires immediate availability. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing
- Access to a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader
- Access to a transit or laser level
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance or ability to obtain one
- Ability to start immediately and cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- One reliable, full-time helper
- Contractor status and ability to work on a high-volume schedule
