Job Summary
Contract heavy equipment operator for above-ground pool installations. Requires 5+ years of proven experience in installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work; must have at least one reliable full-time helper and access to a full-size work vehicle with towing capability, skid steer/front loader, and a transit or laser level. Role involves completing 20–30 installations per month across a 200-mile radius, with on-the-job training provided. Compensation includes daily earnings per pool installation (average $1,400–$1,600), potential monthly earnings up to ~$30,000, and bonuses such as a $500 sign-on bonus and $1,000 per week for completing 5 installs in a week. Pay is daily and issued immediately after each completed installation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- valid driver’s license
- auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- ability to start immediately
- willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
