Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator needed for high-volume above-ground pool installations across the state. Responsibilities include completing quality installations and maintaining a steady work schedule, working with at least one reliable helper, and using required equipment (full-size tow vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level). The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license with auto insurance and $1,000,000 general liability insurance, and the ability to travel up to 200 miles to install 20–30 pools per month. A 3-day on-the-job training will be provided. Pay ranges from $1,400 to $1,600 per daily pool install, with bonuses and daily pay; average installations can yield substantial monthly earnings. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one)
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (ownership or ability to provide)
- willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
