Job Summary
Operate heavy equipment for high-volume above-ground pool installations on a contract basis. Manage 20–30 pool installations per month within a 200-mile radius, using a full fleet of equipment (including a skid steer/Bobcat/front loader) and a laser level to ensure precise grading and quality installations. Requires 5+ years of proven experience in above-ground pool installs or residential dirt work, plus at least one reliable full-time helper. Provide your own towing-capable vehicle and equipment; valid driver’s license and $1M general liability insurance required. Training provided by current installer; immediate start available. Bonuses include a $500 sign-on and $1,000 per week after milestones; daily pay after each installation. Company specializes in nationwide above-ground pools with high install volume expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Availability to start immediately
- Contractor position (not general labor)
