Job Summary
Contract heavy equipment operator for high-volume above-ground pool installations. Requires 5+ years of proven experience in above-ground pool installations or precision grading/dirt work, with at least one reliable full-time helper. You must own or have access to a full-size tow-capable vehicle, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level; tools not provided by the company. Role is a contractor position with immediate start, covering up to 200 miles for 20–30 pools per month. Training is provided (3 days). Average earnings reported as $1,400–$1,600 per daily pool install, with potential to reach higher totals via bonuses and weekly incentives. Bonuses include a $500 sign-on, $500 per every 5 pools installed (up to 25 pools), and $1,000 per week when completing 5 installs in a week. Daily pay is available after each installation. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to start immediately and cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Ability to participate in a 3-day on-the-job training program
