Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator needed to install above-ground pools across Mississippi with a 200-mile radius, handling 20–30 pools per month. Role requires 5+ years of proven experience in installing above-ground pools or significant experience in precision grading/dirt work, and presence of at least one reliable full-time helper. Must provide own tools and equipment including a full-size tow-capable vehicle, a residential skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level. Valid driver’s license and $1,000,000 general liability insurance are required (or ability to obtain). Training consists of a 3-day on-the-job program with a current installer. Pay is daily with bonuses: $1,400–$1,600 per daily pool install (average time 6–8 hours); potential to earn up to $30,000 per month; $500 sign-on bonus; $500 extra per 5 pools up to 25 pools; $1,000 extra per week for completing 5 installs in a week; daily pay after each installation. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
