Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator needed for high-volume above-ground pool installations across Clinton, OH. Requires 5+ years of proven experience in above-ground pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, plus a reliable full-time helper. Must provide own full-size tow-capable vehicle and heavy equipment (skid steer/Bobcat/front loader) and transit or laser level; licensing and $1,000,000 liability insurance required (or ability to obtain). Training program of 3 days provided. Typical pay ranges for daily pool installs are $1,400–$1,600 per pool with potential to reach up to $30,000 per month; bonuses include $500 sign-on and $500 per every 5 pools installed (up to 25 pools), plus $1,000 extra per week when 5 installs are completed in a week. Average installation time is 6–8 hours; expectation to install 20–30 pools per month within a 200-mile radius; daily pay after each completed installation. Company provides steady, contract-based work for a national above-ground pool installer with a long-standing industry presence since 1982; applies nationwide advertising to feed qualified jobs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
