Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for Blue World Pools, Inc. sought to perform high-volume above-ground pool installations nationwide with a focus on grading/dirt work and precise pool builds. The role requires operating heavy equipment (full-size towing vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, laser or transit level), coordinating with at least one full-time helper, and completing installations within up to a 200-mile radius. Offers a daily-pay workflow with bonuses including a $500 sign-on and additional incentives based on pool installations; training is provided, and the company has a long-standing national advertising program to supply job demand. Responsibilities include completing quality installations, meeting monthly pool targets (20–30), and ensuring safety and efficiency on each site.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level (tools may be owned, rented, or leased)
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- ability to start immediately and cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
