Job Summary
Contract-heavy Heavy Equipment Operator role for Blue World Pools, handling above-ground pool installations across Missouri with a steady, high-volume workflow. You will operate heavy equipment and grading gear to complete quality pool installations within a 200-mile radius, averaging 20–30 pools per month. Requires 5+ years of proven experience in above-ground pool installation or precision grading/dirt work, access to your own tools (full-size towing-capable vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance. Training is provided (3 days) with an established installer. Earnings potential ranges from $1,400 to $1,600 per day per install, with bonuses and daily pay. Office is in Bolivar, MO, with onsite responsibilities and a high-volume schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- At least one reliable, full-time helper
- Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- Willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius and complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
