Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Operator for contract work in above-ground pool installations. Role involves performing precision grading and above-ground pool installations across a wide radius with high-volume output. Must have 5+ years of proven experience (above-ground pools or significant grading/dirt work), own required equipment and a reliable full-time helper, and carry required licenses/insurance. Training provided (3 days) to align with build process and grading standards. Pay structure includes daily pool-install earnings with bonuses and potential weekly incentives; daily pay available. Company operates nationwide in the pool installation space with a focus on delivering consistent, high-volume work.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- valid driver's license and auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance or ability to obtain one
- access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing, residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
