Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. Requires 5+ years of proven experience in installing above-ground pools or significant precision grading/dirt work, plus owning or providing a full set of required equipment (full-size work vehicle capable of towing, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and transit or laser level). Must bring at least one reliable, full-time helper. Willing to travel up to 200 miles to complete 20–30 pools per month. Paid on a per-pool basis with daily pay and bonuses (average $1,400–$1,600 per pool; some installers up to $30,000 per month). Training includes a 3-day on-the-job program with a current installer. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
