Job Summary
Contract-heavy equipment operator role focused on high-volume above-ground pool installations. Expect to install 20–30 pools per month within a 200-mile radius, requiring experience in precision grading or above-ground pool installs, ownership of a full-size vehicle and equipment (including skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), a valid driver’s license and insurance, and that you bring a reliable full-time helper. Training is provided (3 days) to align with Blue World Pools’ build process. Compensation emphasizes per-pool earnings with bonuses and daily pay, and includes potential monthly earnings up to ~$48k with a sign-on bonus and weekly bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- Crew: You must have at least one reliable, full-time helper
- Equipment: Access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- License & Insurance: A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or the ability to obtain one)
- Availability & Radius: Ability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- Training & Onboarding: 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
- Pay & Bonuses: Average Earnings: $1,400 - $1,600 per daily pool install; $30,000 per month potential; $500 sign-on bonus; $1,000 per week for 5 installs in a week
