Job Summary
Contract Heavy Equipment Operator for above-ground pool installations. Requires 5+ years experience in installing above-ground pools or precision grading/dirt work, plus a reliable full-time helper. Must provide own equipment (full-size tow vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level) and have a valid driver's license and $1,000,000 GL Insurance. Willing to travel up to 200 miles to install 20-30 pools per month; 3-day on-the-job training provided. Average earnings range $1,400-$1,600 per pool with daily pay and bonuses ($500 sign-on; $500 per 5 pools; $1,000 per week if completing 5 installs in a week). Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain one)
- access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- ability to start immediately and cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20-30 pools per month
- training: 3-day on-the-job training with current installer
