Job Summary
Contract heavy equipment operator for above-ground pool installations. Responsible for completing quality pool installs across the state with a high-volume workflow, typically 20–30 pools per month within up to a 200-mile radius. Operate equipment including a full-size tow vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and use a transit or laser level. Must have 5+ years of experience, provide a reliable full-time helper, and maintain liability insurance. On-the-job training will be provided. Daily pay and bonuses offered, with potential for substantial monthly earnings. Company emphasizes steady stream of installs and not chasing jobs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- access to full-size work vehicle capable of towing
- residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader
- transit or laser level
- valid driver's license
- auto insurance
- $1,000,000 general liability insurance (or ability to obtain one)
- availability to start immediately
- willingness to cover up to 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- training program (3-day on-the-job) with current installer
- ability to work in a contractor capacity
- ability to haul equipment and manage installation workflow
- ability to earn daily pay and bonuses
- bonuses structure: $500 Sign-On, $500 per 5 pools up to 25 pools, $1,000 per week after 5 installs in a week
