Heavy Equipment Operator (Contract)

Contract heavy equipment operator for above-ground pool installations across the state. Responsibilities include completing quality installations, maintaining a steady schedule, operating equipment (full-size vehicle, skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, transit or laser level), and ensuring precision grading. Must have 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools or substantial precision dirt-work, a reliable full-time helper, and own/tools/equipment (or provide). Requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and $1,000,000 general liability insurance. Willing to travel up to 200 miles to install 20–30 pools per month; 3-day on-the-job training provided with current installer. Compensation highlights include average earnings of $1,400–$1,600 per daily pool install, potential monthly earnings up to $30,000, and bonuses ($500 sign-on, $500 for every 5 pools up to 25 pools, and $1,000 extra per week for completing 5 installs in a week).
