Contract-heavy role for experienced heavy equipment operators to perform high-volume above-ground pool installations across the state. You will complete quality installs, leverage a full suite of equipment (including skid steer/Bobcat/front loader and laser level), and collaborate with a crew to meet a target of 20–30 pools per month. Requires 5+ years of proven installation or grading experience, a valid drivers license and insurance, access to a towing-capable vehicle and necessary equipment, willingness to travel within a 200-mile radius, and participation in a 3-day on-the-job training. Roles offer daily pay, potential bonuses, and a sign-on incentive; relocation assistance is not mentioned.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience installing above-ground pools OR significant experience in precision grading and residential dirt work
- at least one reliable, full-time helper
- access to a full-size work vehicle capable of towing, a residential-sized skid steer/Bobcat/front loader, and a transit or laser level
- valid driver7s license, auto insurance, and a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (or ability to obtain one)
- availability to start immediately and willingness to cover up to a 200-mile installation radius to complete 20–30 pools per month
- 3-day on-the-job training program with a current installer
